Service Description

GrowthPlan AI is an AI-powered business planning tool for freelancers, consultants, and small business owners. We help you generate structured marketing plans, growth plans, and revenue forecasts based on information you provide.

AI Disclaimer

Plans generated by AI are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. Results vary based on the inputs provided and many factors outside our control. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI-generated output for your specific situation.

Subscription Terms

GrowthPlan AI is offered at the following tiers:

• Solo — $49/month
• Growth — $97/month
• Done-For-You Launch — $497 one-time
• Done-For-You Retainer — $997/month (by application)

Subscriptions (Solo, Growth, and DFY Retainer) may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period and we do not provide refunds for partial months. Done-For-You Launch is a one-time engagement and is non-refundable once work has started.

Intellectual Property

Generated plans are for the subscriber's personal business use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute generated plans as a standalone product. The GrowthPlan AI name, software, and underlying systems remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

GrowthPlan AI is not liable for any business outcomes resulting from use of generated plans, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
